Biggs Jasper (a.k.a. Picture jasper) was discovered around 1960, near Biggs Junction, Oregon, and has been renowned for its patterns of intricate, layers of rich browns. Biggs jasper was originally created from volcanic activity, and is valued as a gemstone for its sedimentary origin which makes it relatively rare.
Our handcrafted, sterling silver Twin Peaks pendant, is one-of a kind, and features 28 carats of beautiful Biggs Jasper. The two-sided pendant is 2-inches by 1 1/8-inches and is suspended on an 18-inch, sterling silver chain. On one side is a mountain scene with a tiny, bronze moon. On the other, is the full face of the jasper. A tiny, sterling silver tag bears our Dreamscape Jewelry Design logo, ensuring this is an original design.
