A marvel is to be filled with wonder or astonishment.  The discovery of the first tourmaline in Maine occurred in 1820 at Mount Mica in Paris by two boys who were exploring the countryside, ensuring tourmaline’s status as a marvelous discovery.

Our handcrafted A Marvel of Maine necklace features 8.3 carats of Maine Tourmaline which has been paired with a 1/2 carat rubellite tourmaline.  The one-of-a-kind 1 1/2-inch by 1-inch sterling silver pendant is suspended oln an 18-inch sterling silver chain.  We offer an option of adding a two-inch extender.  Please indicate your choice when ordering.
